Our skincare products are formulated with care and intended for external use only. As individual skin types vary, we recommend conducting a patch test prior to full use of any product. In the event of irritation or an adverse reaction, discontinue use immediately and consult a medical professional. While we aim to offer high-quality, effective skincare, we cannot guarantee the same results for every user.

When you sign up for our site or book a consultation, you may be asked to provide personal information such as your name and contact details. All prices listed on the website are in CAD and are payable at the time of booking or checkout. For consultations, we require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel an appointment. For skincare products, we accept returns of unopened and unused items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable and you must cover the cost of returning the product.
